Expert Maintenance Tips:

• Filtration Standards: Gear pumps are sensitive to contaminants. Maintain system cleanliness at ISO 4406 19/17/14 (25μm) or better to protect gear faces from abrasive wear.

• Pre-Start Lubrication: Before the initial run, fill the pump with clean hydraulic oil through the inlet port and rotate the shaft manually. This ensures internal parts are lubricated and air is purged.

• Suction Vacuum Control: Inlet vacuum should not exceed -0.02 MPa. Ensure the suction pipe diameter is equal to or larger than the pump inlet to prevent cavitation and internal component erosion.
