The CY14-1B Series high-pressure axial piston pumps by Chengyuan Hydraulic are robust power sources designed for heavy-duty industrial applications such as forging, metallurgy, and heavy machinery. Available in 160 and 250 frame sizes, these pumps utilize a cylinder-rotating and valve-plate distribution structure, supporting rated pressures up to 31.5 MPa. We prioritize 100% Interchangeability with standard CY series pumps. Every unit is subjected to 100% simulated condition testing at our facility, ensuring peak mechanical efficiency and axial balance even under extreme pressure cycles.

Case Drain Installation: An external drain line is mandatory for the CY series. It must be connected from the upper drain port directly to the reservoir without backpressure to prevent shaft seal failure.
Suction Height: For optimal performance and to prevent aeration, the suction height should not exceed 0.5 meters above the oil level.
