The C Series (C01, C02, C03, C05, C7B) hydraulic pump insert motors by Chengyuan Hydraulic are high-performance power units specifically engineered for compact Hydraulic Power Units (HPU). This series focuses on industrial configurations such as C03-43B0 and C7B-43B0, designed for seamless integration with gear and vane pumps.
By eliminating the need for traditional external couplings, the “Insert” design allows the pump shaft to be directly coupled within the motor shaft, reducing the overall footprint of the assembly. Chengyuan ensures 100% original-place interchangeability regarding mounting flanges and shaft depths. Every motor is subjected to 100% simulated load testing before delivery, verifying torque stability and thermal management under high-frequency start-stop cycles and prolonged pressure-holding conditions.
