Expert Maintenance Tips:

• Mounting Bolt Torque: Use Grade 12.9 high-strength bolts and tighten them diagonally to the recommended torque (8.5 Nm). The mounting surface flatness should be better than 0.01mm/100mm to prevent valve body distortion.

• Voltage Stability: Ensure the solenoid supply voltage stays within ±10% of the rated value. Low voltage may cause insufficient shifting force, while excessive voltage accelerates coil aging.

• Oil Quality Control: To prevent spool seizure, maintain system oil cleanliness at NAS 9 or better. It is recommended to install a filter finer than 25μm upstream of the P port.
