The KHB Series (also known as BKH) high-pressure ball valves by Chengyuan Hydraulic are the industry standard for directional isolation in hydraulic systems. This series is fully compatible with global specifications, including British standard threads KHB-G3/8-1112-03X-A, KHB-G1/2-1112-01X-A, and metric light series KHB-08LR-1112-09X-A-SW09.

As a critical component for circuit isolation, Chengyuan utilizes a forged block body combined with a precision floating ball structure to handle system pressures up to 500 bar. Our valves provide 100% original-place interchangeability regarding mounting dimensions, handle stroke, and sealing standards. • Zero-Leak Floating Ball Design: Utilizes a precision-ground ball paired with high-strength POM seats. Under hydraulic pressure, the ball shifts slightly to press tightly against the downstream seat. The higher the pressure, the tighter the seal, achieving bubble-tight isolation.

• Forged Block Body Construction: Unlike cheaper cast bodies, Chengyuan’s KHB valves are forged from high-strength carbon steel. This high-density structure eliminates the risk of porosity or seepage common in castings and handles a 2.5x safety factor against pressure surges.

• Low-Friction Operation: Features an anti-blowout stem design with Teflon anti-friction washers. Even at a maximum pressure of 500 bar, the operating torque remains manageable, ensuring rapid manual response in emergency situations.

• Full-Bore Flow Design: The internal diameter of the valve matches the tubing size exactly. This ensures minimal pressure drop and prevents fluid turbulence and heat generation, maximizing overall system energy efficiency.

Expert Maintenance Tips:

• High Differential Pressure Warning: While designed for high pressure, avoid rotating the handle under extreme differential pressure if possible. This reduces wear on the POM seats. Switching under balanced pressure extends the valve’s life.

• Fluid Compatibility: Standard POM seats are not compatible with water-glycol fluids. For fire-resistant fluids, specify stainless steel bodies and FKM seals.

• Limit Stop Verification: Ensure the handle is rotated fully to the 90-degree stop in either the open or closed position. Leaving the valve partially open will cause uneven erosion of the seats and eventual sealing failure.
