• Voltage Compatibility: Never connect an AC coil to a DC power source or vice-versa. For AC coils, if the armature is mechanically jammed, the coil will burn out within minutes due to current overload.

• T-Port Pressure Limit: Ensure T-port back pressure does not exceed 160 Bar. Excessive pressure can deform the solenoid core tube, affecting switching reliability.

• Fluid Filtration: A filtration accuracy of 25μm is recommended. Spool valves are highly sensitive to hard particles; regular oil analysis will prevent premature spool wear.
