Expert Maintenance Tips:

• Shaft Load Management: CBKC gear pumps are strictly prohibited from bearing any axial or radial loads. Ensure coaxiality within 0.05mm when installing couplings and maintain proper axial clearance to prevent damage to internal thrust plates.

• Cavitation Prevention: Regularly inspect the sealing of the suction line. Air intake at the suction port will cause cavitation and loud noise, which can damage gear faces and bushings in a very short time.

• Filter Maintenance: Gear pumps are sensitive to metallic particles. It is recommended to replace the return filter after the first 100 hours of operation, and every 500 hours thereafter, ensuring a system cleanliness level of NAS Class 10 or better.
