• Case Drain Management: As a bent axis motor, the F12 is sensitive to case pressure. The drain line must be connected directly to the tank, ensuring the case pressure does not consistently exceed 2 bar to protect the shaft seal.

• Initial Priming: Before the first startup or after long-term storage, the motor housing must be filled with clean hydraulic oil through the highest drain port. Never operate the motor dry.

• Fluid Viscosity & Cleanliness: Given the high-speed capability, we recommend using high-quality ISO VG 32 or VG 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil. Maintain system cleanliness at NAS Grade 8 or better.
