Expert Maintenance Tips:

• Filtration Standard: Maintain hydraulic oil (L-HM46/68) cleanliness to NAS Class 9 or better to protect the valve plate and pistons.

• Case Drain Installation: An external drain line is mandatory for the CY series. It must be connected from the upper drain port directly to the reservoir without backpressure to prevent shaft seal failure.

• Suction Height: For optimal performance and to prevent aeration, the suction height should not exceed 0.5 meters above the oil level.
