Expert Maintenance Tips:

• Maintain Oil Cleanliness: The pilot stage has very small orifices. We recommend system filtration of NAS Class 9 or better to prevent fine particles from clogging the damping hole, which can cause the valve to fail (stuck open or closed).

• Setting Procedures: Never force the adjustment screw to its limit. Slowly increase pressure clockwise based on actual system load while monitoring the pressure gauge.

• Remote Control Lines: If using the Y1 port for remote pressure regulation, ensure the remote line does not exceed 2 meters to prevent pressure lag or oscillation caused by fluid compressibility.
