The YF Series pilot-operated relief valves from Chengyuan Hydraulic are high-pressure control components fully compatible with Rexroth industrial standards. Serving as the “safety guardian” of the hydraulic system, the YF-B10 maintains constant system pressure, prevents overloading, or acts as a remote pressure regulator. For core models like YF-B10C, YF-B10K, and YF-B10H, we utilize high-hardness alloy steel spools and precision-ground seats. Every valve undergoes 100% simulated opening/closing pressure testing before shipment to ensure minimal pressure overshoot and zero high-frequency whistling, guaranteeing 100% original-place interchangeability.

Expert Maintenance Tips:
Maintain Oil Cleanliness: The pilot stage has very small orifices. We recommend system filtration of NAS Class 9 or better to prevent fine particles from clogging the damping hole, which can cause the valve to fail (stuck open or closed).
Setting Procedures: Never force the adjustment screw to its limit. Slowly increase pressure clockwise based on actual system load while monitoring the pressure gauge.
Remote Control Lines: If using the Y1 port for remote pressure regulation, ensure the remote line does not exceed 2 meters to prevent pressure lag or oscillation caused by fluid compressibility.
