Expert Maintenance Tips:

• Electrical Connectivity: For models with integrated amplifiers, always connect or disconnect the 7-pin or 12-pin plugs while the power is OFF to prevent damage to the electronic modules.

• Fluid Cleanliness: Proportional valves are extremely sensitive to contamination. We recommend system filtration of at least 10μm to maintain cleanliness at ISO 4406 18/16/13 or better.

• Air Bleeding: After installation, use the air bleed screw on top of the solenoid to exhaust trapped air. Air bubbles can cause pressure instability and sluggish response times.
