Expert Maintenance Tips:

• Case Priming Protocol: Before the initial run after installation, the motor housing MUST be filled with clean hydraulic oil through the drain port. Dry starts will destroy the piston slippers and cam ring within seconds.

• Drain Line Pressure: Ensure the drain line returns directly to the tank and that the backpressure remains below 0.2 MPa. Excessive case pressure will rupture the shaft seal and disrupt internal lubrication.

• Temperature Management: Maintain operating oil temperatures between 30°C and 60°C. If temperatures exceed 80°C, the decrease in oil viscosity will thin the lubrication film, drastically accelerating motor wear.
