Expert Maintenance Tips:

• Installation Torque: Strictly adhere to SUN’s torque specifications (e.g., 40-50 Nm for T-11A). Over-torquing may damage seals, while under-torquing causes external leakage.

• Oil Cleanliness: Due to the small damping orifices in cartridge valves, a system filtration accuracy of 10μm absolute is recommended to prevent pressure fluctuations in valves like the PPDB.

• Adjustment Note: Ensure the load is securely supported before adjusting counterbalance valves. Turning the adjustment screw clockwise increases the pressure setting.
