Expert Maintenance Tips:

• External Drain Line: 45M series motors MUST be connected to an external case drain line. Ensure the case pressure does not exceed 1.4 bar (20 psi). The drain line should return directly to the reservoir below the oil level.

• Filtration Standards: To protect the precision vane tips and cam surfaces, maintain a system filtration level of 10-25 microns. This prevents internal leakage caused by scoring.

• Air Bleeding & Startup: Upon initial installation, bleed air from the case via the drain port. Perform a “jog” start without load to ensure proper lubrication and pressure stabilization before full operation.
