Expert Maintenance Tips:

• Inlet Vacuum Control: Vane pumps are highly sensitive to cavitation. Ensure the suction line is perfectly sealed; suction pressure should be maintained between -0.03MPa and +0.03MPa.

• Initial Priming: Before the first run, fill the pump housing with clean hydraulic oil through the drain port. “Jog” the motor to bleed air until flow is steady to prevent vane damage from dry friction.

• Pressure Setting Regulation: Avoid operating above the A4 rated limit (7.0MPa) for extended periods. Always adjust the pressure setting gradually from low to high.
